Cadet Band
We give students the chance to keep playing their instruments – All. Summer. Long. Open to young musicians throughout Genesee, Orleans, Wyoming, Monroe and Niagara counties, in all public, private and home-schools who are completing 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th and 11th grades, in the year of the respective Batavia Concert Band season.
Scholarship
The Batavia Concert Band Board of Directors wishes to recognize and honor a student entering or enrolled into the field of music (or related major) and/or has demonstrated a commitment to performing in community bands, including the Batavia Concert Band. Preference is awarded to those students majoring in a music related field, however, all applications will be considered. $300.00 to be endowed upon submission of evidence of enrollment in a college program (transcript, letter on college letterhead, etc).
